Our AC would stop working at the worst time, in the middle of the intense July Texas heat. I would see the AC technician or my dad trying to unclog the condensate line drains due to water backing up. My grandparents ceiling had quite a bit of water damage due to condensate water back up. I started to research the cause of the clogs and possible solutions. My Novel Dosing Pump, won Best in Show and the Lockheed Martin Innovation award at the Fort Worth Regional Science Fair. This innovation also won Round One at the Texas State Science Fair at Texas A&M University.
